service since 1976. Our Service Associates work individually and we make every
effort to send the same Associate when you set up a regular weekly or biweekly
service. We know how valuable your home is to you, so you can rest assured that
we carefully screen and train each of our Service Associates to meet our high
standards of quality.
We offer pre-appointment reminder calls for every scheduled service appointment.
The Service Associate handling your account will call you the evening prior to
your appointment to make introductions, and set-up entry arrangements and time
of arrival.
All services are performed on a C.O.D. basis, meaning we expect payment at the
time of service. We accept cash, check, money order, cashier's check, gift certificates
or you may call the office to set-up arrangements to pay by MasterCard, Visa or
Discover Card. A completed checklist will be left in place of your payment and will
serve as your receipt of service and guarantee.
All homes and clients have different needs. Our Service Associates work at their
own pace and the job is finished only when the checklist is completed, (no matter
how long it takes). Because of this, it is difficult to give a definite time of arrival or
a permanent time commitment. We feel our commitment to service and quality
make up for this.
