standard service visit. The items you may request are:

| Sweep out fireplaces and clean doors | |
| Wall plates cleaned | |
| Clean blinds | |
| Spot wash walls and/or doors | |
| Closets and cabinets cleaned and organized | |
| Carpet cleaning (Truck-mounted steam extraction method) | |
Most additional services are charged at a pro-rated hourly fee.
